Grown in the fertile highlands of Rwanda, this Red Bourbon coffee is naturally processed to bring out its vibrant, fruit-forward character. After harvesting, ripe cherries are carefully sorted and dried whole on raised beds under the sun, allowing the beans to absorb the full spectrum of sugars and flavors from the fruit. This traditional natural process enhances the coffee’s sweetness and depth, while preserving its inherent brightness.

In the cup, expect a juicy, layered profile with notes of grape marmalade, raisin, orange, and candied fruits. The mouthfeel is silky and rich, with a long, syrupy finish that highlights the unique terroir of the region. A true expression of Rwanda’s potential in naturally processed coffees.
