We are a group of specialty coffee professionals from Amsterdam. Our passion for unique flavors in coffee has lead us to opening the ATRI brand. ATRI is dedicated to sourcing and roasting exceptional coffee beans. Each month, we personally taste and select amongst the highest quality green beans available on the global market to be included in the ATRI lineup. We carefully modify the roasting process for each coffee beans profile until we reach the perfect flavor profile. All of our coffee is single origin. We are aiming for at least 80+ cupping in our green bean selection with some of the exclusive varieties such as Geisha being competition - level at 87.5. We focus on online sales to deliver our coffee to as many customers worldwide but sometimes you can find our stands on coffee tournaments in the Netherlands and various weekend markets, look for announcements in our Instagram.

Expertise

ATRI coffee is co-founded by Lily and Gregory. Lily has more than 10 years of experience of competing in coffee championships. She has participated and won dozens of coffee awards globally such as:

• Finals of Global brewing championship
• Won National brewing championship

Lily has opened several coffee shops in the hearts of European cities such as ERNA and most recently Taal (Amsterdam).

Sourcing

We procure highest-quality green coffee beans from various regions globally, such as Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia, Rwanda, and Kenya. Our selection process prioritizes unique and superior lots with exceptional flavors.

We collaborate exclusively with importers such as Nordic approach, Falcon specialty who align with our values and demonstrate a commitment to ethical practices. This rigorous approach guarantees the quality of our green beans.

Roasting

Roasting is conducted using a Loring machine, recognized for its advanced technology that allows for clean, consistent roasts that highlight the distinct flavors of each origin. This methodical approach preserves the quality established at the farm level.

To maximize the flavor of our coffee - we only sell fresh beans (up to 6 weeks from the roasting date). Additional grinding can be requested and the beans are grinded on the order day for free.
