ATRI Coffee is an Amsterdam-based specialty coffee company dedicated to sourcing and roasting exceptional coffee beans. We personally taste and select amongst the highest quality green beans available on the global market. We carefully modify the roasting process for each coffee beans profile. All of our coffee is single origin. We are aiming for at least 85 cupping in our green bean selection with some of the exclusive varieties such as Geisha being competition - level. We focus on online sales to deliver our coffee to as many customers worldwide but sometimes you can find our stands on coffee tournaments in the Netherlands and various weekend markets, look for announcements in our Instagram.

Expertise

ATRI coffee is co-founded by Lily who has more than 10 years of experience of competing in coffee championships. Lily participated and won dozens of coffee awards throughout the years, including:

• 1st place in Russian coffee championship
• 7th place in Global brewing championship
• Starbucks relaunch in Russia consulting

Lily has opened several coffee shops in the hearts of the Netherlands and Russia such as ERNA(Moscow) and Taal (Amsterdam).

Sourcing

We procure highest-quality green coffee beans from various regions globally, such as Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia, Rwanda, and Kenya. Our selection process prioritizes unique and superior lots with exceptional flavors.

We collaborate exclusively with importers who align with our values and demonstrate a commitment to ethical practices. These partners specialize in exclusive coffee lots and perform thorough due diligence on farm operations, ensuring fair compensation and sustainable practices. This rigorous approach guarantees the quality of our beans and supports the integrity of the coffee-producing communities.

Roasting

Roasting is conducted using a Loring machine, recognized for its advanced technology that allows for clean, consistent roasts, thereby highlighting the distinct flavour profiles of each origin. This methodical approach preserves the quality established at the farm level.
