This microlot comes from Alto El Vapor Micromill, one of the highest-elevation farms in the Tarrazú region, at 2,000–2,100 metres above sea level.
The farm is woman-owned, passed down through generations, and today focuses on small-batch, experimental processing methods such as natural, honey and anaerobic lots. The team at Alto El Vapor strives to refine every detail of production, creating coffees that stand out for their clarity and complexity.
