This microlot comes from Alto El Vapor Micromill, one of the highest-elevation farms in the Tarrazú region (2000–2100 masl). The farm is woman-owned, passed down through generations, and today focuses on small-batch, experimental processing methods such as natural, honey, and anaerobic lots. The team at Alto El Vapor strives to refine every detail of production, creating coffees that stand out for their clarity and complexity.
In the cup, expect notes of dried cherry, milk chocolate, and fresh green grape, with a touch of burnt sugar. A winey acidity and fruit-like sweetness round out this vibrant and juicy profile.
