Ethiopia - Bombe Heirloom Filter

Bombe is a high-altitude lot from one of the highest-growing areas of Sidama, where coffee is cultivated above 2000 masl in semi-forest conditions. The trees grow under natural shade and alongside fruit crops, creating a diverse ecosystem that contributes to the coffee’s complexity and clarity in the cup.

This lot is produced by a group of smallholder farmers united under young, forward-thinking leadership. With a strong focus on quality, modern processing practices, and continuous learning, the group combines deep-rooted tradition with a progressive approach to coffee production. Their careful attention to harvesting and processing allows the unique characteristics of the terroir to fully express themselves.

In the cup, Bombe is rounded and sweet, with a juicy, elegant body. Expect notes of strawberry jam, lime, blackcurrant, and dark chocolate, complemented by subtle florals, gentle spice, and a vibrant, refreshing finish.
